CineKeep v1 stores Keep lists and preferences on your device. Uninstalling the app removes them. If we ever store data on our servers, use this form or email privacy@cinekeep.net with the subject “Delete my data”.
- In the app: Settings → Clear local data, or uninstall CineKeep.
- Turn off CineKeep notifications in iOS or Android settings.
- Email privacy@cinekeep.net with subject Delete my data if you have written to us before or used a future account.
Common fixes
- Wrong country catalog: Settings → Country, then pull to refresh.
- A service missing: Settings → Services. If the service is not offered in your country, Movie of the Night will not list it.
- Deep link does nothing: install the official streaming app. CineKeep cannot play the title itself.
- Title missing or wrong poster: metadata is from TMDB; availability is from Movie of the Night. Tell us the title and country.
